Deposit & Payment

To confirm your booking, a fee of £30 is required to save your date. The remainder of the amount will be due 7 days prior to the event. 

A refundable damage deposit of £50 is due alongside the hire fee, also 7 days prior to your event. Equipment is inspected at setup and again upon collection; if undamaged, the £50 damage deposit is refunded within 5 days.

 Full payment is due 7 days prior to event. Deferred payment requests will not be accepted. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or PayPal; cheques are not accepted.

Damage

No footwear to be worn while playing.

 Any scratches, tears, or rips in the soft play equipment will be classified as damage. Additionally, any soiling or staining that cannot be easily wiped away—such as marks from pens, crayons, or food and drink—will also be regarded as damage. View full Ts & Cs below.

Set Up & Delivery

The setup at your venue is included in the price, and we will gladly provide guidance and assistance to determine the best layout for your space.

Please note that delivery charges may apply if your location is more than a 15-mile radius from central Worcester.

Our fees are calculated for a one-day hire period, from 10 AM to 5 PM. If you need a specific time slot or would like to extend the soft play duration, feel free to ask.

Public Liability Insurance

For everyone's reassurance, we have comprehensive public liability insurance coverage upto £10 million. 

Don't hesitate to request a copy of our certificate.

A risk assessment will be completed at each event and emailed to you the same day.

Age restrictions & Supervision 

Our cosy soft play haven is meticulously crafted for the delight of infants and toddlers up to 4 years of age. It is of utmost importance that parents keep a watchful eye over their little ones while they explore. 

The Mom Bubble shall not bear responsibility for any injuries that may arise from inadequate supervision or the engagement of age-inappropriate adventurers on our soft play.

We exclusively utilise top-quality soft play equipment, trusted by industry professionals to ensure your peace of mind and enhance enjoyment! 

Each piece of our soft play is thoroughly sanitised before and after every use, providing you with reassurance and confidence.

FAQs

1. How much space do I need? 

- For the Mom Bubble we recommend a minimum space of 1.5m x 1.5m 

- For the Little Bubble Bundle we recommend a minimum space of 2.5m x 1.5m 

- For the Ultimate Bubble Bash we recommend a minimum space of 2.5m x 2.5m 

2. How many children are recommended for each package? 

The number of children is not definitive as if the children are younger/smaller there is space for potentially larger numbers. This will be decided by the Hirer but we recommend avoiding overcrowding as it can result in injury. 

3. Are there any rules? 

Please see Ts and Cs below. 

4. Can we have our soft play event outside? What if the weathers bad? 

Yes, sure. We can setup outdoors. However we will make an arrangement with yourselves that should the weather change you will need to relocate the soft play indoors to a pre-approved area. We can discuss this all on booking. 

5. How long does it take you to setup? 

An Ultimate Bubble Bash can take us 45-60 minutes to setup. This can be altered if we have further to walk to the venue. This will be assessed on booking when we know your venue. We just need to make sure we have access and time before your event begins to make sure it's all perfect and ready for you. 

We will also require similar time to take down. If hiring a venue please ensure they are aware of this. 

6. How do you keep everything clean? 

After setting up we will wipe down the equipment, toys and plushies with a mild Ecover disinfectant on a microfibre cloth - all to ensure the setup looks pristine. After collection of all equipment and prior to the next booking we will unpack and wipe down all soft play, hopper, ride-on, toys and plushies with a mild detergent, allow to dry and pack away in clean bags. Every 2 weeks or 4 bookings our plushies, mats and ball pit balls all go through the washing machine with a milton tablet for a deeper clean.
